The prices felt fair, and yeah… we ended up having a really good night. Nothing too fancy, but it was just a nice, easy place to enjoy ourselves without feeling like we overspent

The show itself was fine, but the bathrooms were disappointing. They felt dirty and like nobody had checked on them in a while. For a place hosting that many people, it just doesn’t feel right to neglect something so basic.

I got the membership mostly because I wanted early access to tickets, that alone has made it worth it. Since I can buy before everything sells out, I’ve been able to get better seats without stressing as much. The small discounts help too because they add up over time. The emails are clear and easy to follow, so I don’t feel like I’m missing anything. Overall, I’m happy with it so far.

I tried getting tickets on thesmithcenter.com, it was kind of a hassle for me. I’d pick seats, then they’d disappear, and checkout dragged on way longer than I expected. I also had to re-enter my info, which was irritating because I just wanted to get my tickets and be done with it. It finally went through, but for a minute I was worried I might’ve been charged twice. The show details were easy enough to understand, so that part was fine, but the actual buying process definitely wasn’t smooth.

The seats were comfortable overall. I do wish there was just a little more legroom, though. Weirdly, I remember noticing my left shoe kept tapping the seat in front of me, which made me realize how tight it felt...

I’m not even that tall, and by the end my legs were definitely feeling it. The seats also felt close together, so it wasn’t the most comfortable setup.
